Job summary

Plunkett's – Own Your Route – Set Your Schedule – Grow Without Limits. A Service Technician will manage a defined pest control route, service homes and businesses, and cultivate lasting client relationships across Delano, Medina, Long Lake and nearby areas.

You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, comprehensive training, and strong support from a family-owned team. Training pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with uncapped sales incentives as you grow your route.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and ability to build relationships.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Eager to learn; training and licensing provided.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Proficiency with mobile apps used for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses.
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests.
• Build strong customer relationships.
