Job summary

Plunkett's is hiring a Service Technician to manage a defined route, provide pest control services, and build strong relationships with customers. You will service Washburn, ND and surrounding areas, with flexible hours and training to earn licenses.

Training pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour + uncapped sales incentives, plus a strong support team and advancement opportunities in a family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently.
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses.
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests.
• Build strong customer relationships.

• Use basic equipment and tools, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
