Job summary

Wallwork Truck Center is seeking a qualified Outside Parts Sales professional to secure parts business from assigned accounts and grow the customer base. You will work Monday–Friday with a focus on delivering excellent service and finding new opportunities in the truck parts market.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in heavy truck parts or sales, and a valid driver's license. Expect local travel and hands-on parts handling as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience in heavy truck parts and/or sales.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, DOT health card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned customer on route while prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Process core battery, warranty, and new part returns accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers and sales teams, coordinate returns, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Deliver parts locally to customers as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment where applicable.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops and training opportunities.
• Overnight travel is rarely required and expenses are reimbursed per company guidelines.

Wallwork Truck Center is in search of a great candidate for our Outside Parts Sales role! In this position, you will solicit parts business from assigned accounts. What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum one year's experience in heavy truck parts and/or sales
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, DOT health card or the ability to obtain one
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Ability to load and unload necessary parts

What You’ll Do

• Service assigned customer on route while actively prospecting for new business opportunities
• Occasionally process core battery, warranty, and new part returns accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers and sales teams, coordinate returns, and provide exceptional customer service.
• On occasion, deliver parts locally to customers as needed
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, where applicable
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, training opportunities, and establishing personal networks
• Overnight travel is rarely required and depends on the route (lodging, meals, and travel expenses are compensated in accordance with company guidelines)
