Job summary

Agora Refreshments is hiring a Pantry Service Representative to safely deliver pantry items and beverages to our clients throughout the Portland area. You will load, transport, and unload goods, maintain accurate delivery records, and ensure orders match requests with attention to detail.

Based in Portland, OR, this full-time role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy loads, and strong customer service skills to represent our brand at client sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Experience as delivery driver or in foodservice is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items regularly (40–90 lbs).
• Strong customer service, time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of pantry supplies to clients in the greater Portland area.
• Load and unload pantry items safely and efficiently.
• Plan routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Verify orders and quantities; maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Provide courteous customer service and address client needs.
• Follow safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues.
• Communicate delays or issues to the Customer Success Team.
• Ensure adequate stock at customer sites and service/clean equipment.
