Job summary

Agora Refreshments in Austin, TX is seeking a Pantry Service Representative (Route Delivery) to safely deliver pantry supplies to client sites as part of our Customer Success Team. This role involves transportation, loading and unloading, route planning, inventory checks, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 40–90 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Previous delivery driving or foodservice experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs+).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Must pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pantry supplies to client sites on designated routes.
• Load and unload items safely and efficiently.
• Plan and follow delivery routes and schedules.
• Verify orders and quantities on delivery receipts.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Provide professional customer service and address needs or concerns.
• Follow safety regulations and food-handling guidelines.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and reporting issues.
• Complete paperwork and logs accurately.
• Communicate delays or issues to supervisor and clients.
• Replenish stock levels and assist with servicing coffee systems.
