Job summary

Cedar Crest Dairy in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Routing Coordinator to join our Transportation team. You will plan efficient delivery routes, coordinate with drivers, monitor daily routes, and resolve issues as they arise using Roadnet and related systems.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in transportation or logistics, strong problem-solving and communication, and the ability to adapt quickly. You will help keep deliveries on schedule while adhering to DOT hours-of-service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in transportation, dispatch, routing, logistics or related field.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn transportation software quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with drivers and operations teams.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and adjust daily delivery routes using Roadnet and other transportation technology.
• Balance delivery windows, driver hours, route efficiency, vehicle capacity and customer needs.
• Review routes and adjust to improve efficiency and on-time performance.
• Help plan upcoming routes and prepare for changes in volume, staffing and customer needs.
