Job summary

Cedar Crest Dairy, Inc. is seeking a Routing Coordinator to join the Transportation team in Hudsonville, MI. The role focuses on planning efficient delivery routes, coordinating with drivers, and solving routing problems using Roadnet and related technology.

The position supports safe and timely deliveries, with Sunday–Thursday schedules (Sunday half-day) and overtime as needed. Company benefits and a stable, family-owned environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in transportation, dispatch, routing, or related field.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn routing software quickly.
• Excellent communication with drivers and operations teams.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• DOT regulations knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and adjust daily delivery routes using Roadnet and other technology.
• Balance delivery windows, driver hours, route efficiency, and customer needs.
• Review routes and adjust for on-time performance.
• Plan upcoming routes based on volume and staffing.
• Assign routes to drivers and communicate updates.
• Monitor progress and resolve delays or route issues.
• Track performance and maintain transportation records.
