Job summary

Meyer is a growing, family-owned company seeking a Logistics Route Specialist to coordinate nationwide driver routes and liaise with sales teams and customers. The role emphasizes accurate route auditing, professional communication, and proactive route improvements.

You will work with drivers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to planned routes, while maintaining a positive, team-oriented approach in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a route manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication via phone and email.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and read instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Drivers, Sales Associates, and Customers across the United States to ensure seamless delivery of product to customers.
• Perform daily route audits to ensure delivery drivers are following the optimal route structure.
• Recommend route changes and improvements to the management team.
• Remain professional in all communications via phone, email, etc.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude on all assignments.
• Communicate and coordinate work efforts with other employees and departments as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
