The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with dispatch or leadership, and proficiency with MS Office in a fast-paced environment. This position offers full-time work in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize productivity and service quality.
• Analyze daily route information and implement changes to improve routing efficiency.
• Respond to same-day or next-day planning needs to ensure on-route efficiency.
• Ensure routes are closed on time and accurate; maintain data integrity for close routes.
• Proactively manage driver safety and security of company assets.
• Collect and analyze logistics data to improve routing accuracy.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers for route progress and information.
