• Analyze daily routes and implement efficient adjustments.

• Respond to same-day changes and proactive planning.
• Ensure driver safety and asset security.
• Communicate with drivers to provide route updates.
• Identify swing routes and monitor swing percent.
• Review disposal plans and coordinate with Operations Manager.
• Resolve issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
