Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize capacity.
• Analyze daily routing, implement changes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond to same-day changes and plan for next-day needs.
• Ensure routes close on time and data accuracy.
• Monitor driver safety and asset security.
• Communicate with drivers to track progress and provide information.
• Address missed pickups and service issues; schedule customers accordingly.
• Review loads per driver per day to maximize profitability.
