Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL license preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to supervise drivers directly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and daily route performance.
• Ensure safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Coordinate with maintenance and repair issues.
• Communicate with cities/municipalities to service customers.
• Attend safety meetings and lead safety initiatives.
• Complete employee reviews and driver observations.
• Monitor DOT tests and scheduling time off.
