Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising DOT-regulated employees and transportation compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily route assignments and staffing to service residential, commercial, and municipal customers.
• Supervise drivers and route personnel to ensure safe work practices, productivity, and quality service delivery.
• Investigate missed pickups, driver errors, and customer complaints; implement corrective actions.
