Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC in Daytona Beach, FL, is seeking a Class B CDL driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform prompt waste collection services. You will conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain logs and reports.

You will work on routes that include highways and residential areas, coordinating with dispatchers and upholding safety policies. A High School diploma or GED and a valid Class B CDL are required; drug testing is part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Class B commercial driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift or carry heavy objects as necessary.
• Must meet all qualifications under Department of Transportation regulations.
• Drug-free workplace; substance abuse testing is part of onboarding and ongoing employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections of a commercial vehicle.
• Safely operate commercial vehicles on assigned routes including highways and residential areas.
• Operate manual and/or automatic controls in accordance with FCC safety policies.
• Interact courteously with dispatchers and others to complete services in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor vehicle condition to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness.
• Complete required documents and reports accurately.
