Signature Retail Services, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandiser in the Harrisburg market to support Home Depot and Lowe's stores. The role offers a flexible schedule of about 25-30 hours per week and pay range of $17.00-$19.00 per hour.

Training is provided to new merchandisers. You will travel to stores in your territory, perform planogram resets, stock shelves, install price labels, and ensure displays look their best.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within roughly 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance with you listed as insured.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between stores.
• Smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required; paid training provided.
• Physically active role with standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit.
• Manage your schedule so visits and projects are completed on time, every time.
• Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit.

Part-Time Route Merchandiser - Harrisburg, PA

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandiser in our Harrisburg market! This role offers a flexible schedule of about 25-30 hours per week, paying $17.00-19.00 per hour. This opportunity provides a great way to earn extra income on a schedule that fits around school or another job. No merchandising experience? No problem. We provide paid, hands-on training to give you the tools and confidence to succeed.

As a Merchandising Associate, you'll travel to big box Home Improvement stores such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to build displays, execute planograms, support seasonal resets, and help keep stores looking their best for customers and our clients. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to have you on our team.

Your Territory

This route services store locations in Harrisburg, Swatara, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, PA. Regular travel to all stores in the territory is essential for this role.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• A valid driver's license and current auto insurance, with you listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations on your route.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access for daily communication and reporting.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required - we offer paid weekday training for motivated candidates.
• This is a physically active role that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and climbing rolling staircases or step ladders to retrieve and stock products.
• Regularly lift, maneuver, and stock products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
