Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to service customer retail locations, merchandize approved products, and follow planograms to drive sales. The role requires presenting products effectively, coordinating with store management, and traveling between Granite Falls, Hudson, and surrounding areas with mileage reimbursement provided.

You will work the 5am - 6am start time, weekends, and varying days off; a valid NC driver’s license and clean driving history are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelves per procedures.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes POS materials where permitted and rotates products accordingly.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products and managing pallets.
• Builds strong relationships with store personnel and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
