Job summary

American Greetings is seeking Merchandisers to work independently across multiple retail locations, primarily in Troy, AL, to display and maintain inventory of greeting cards and related products. You will service stores on scheduled routes, manage backroom organization, and collaborate with store management during daytime hours.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with strong time management, able to work alone or with a team, and ready for paid training and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or store service is preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory and display products across multiple locations.
• Good communication with store management and team members.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate any questions or schedule concerns with management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets and minor fixture work when needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently or with a team.
