Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Technological competency—able to use company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display product within greeting card departments and other locations; maintain backrooms.
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets and fixture tasks.
• Review weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
