Job summary

Eagle Distributing is Nebraska's premier beverage distributor delivering a diverse portfolio of products across 62,000 square miles with 6 warehouses and 150+ employees. The Merchandiser role ensures shelves and displays are stocked and rotated per company standards while managing an efficient route and maintaining relationships with retailers.

Responsibilities include completing POS work orders, stocking back-stock, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively at a 12th-grade level.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete a route.

Responsibilities

• Complete POS and display work orders as assigned at on-premises and off-premises locations.
• Ensure displays are properly merchandised using POS materials.
• Transport products from back-stock to display locations using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other approved equipment.
• Stock shelves with products from back-stock inventory.
• Rotate products using FIFO and code dates.
• Maintain clean, organized back-stock areas.
• Build professional relationships with retailers, customers, and staff.
• Follow all safety, merchandising, and operational procedures.
