Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• CDL Class A required; clean driving record per MVR.
• CDL must cover automatic and manual vehicles; Illinois residents need Illinois CDL.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route; merchandise, displays and rotates products per standards; collect returns.
• Creates customer invoices using computer systems and settles accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
