Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Driver Merchandiser who will drive and deliver pre-ordered products to assigned accounts on specified routes, Monday-Friday with 10 hour shifts. You will merchandise, display and rotate products, use a computer to invoice and collect payments, and provide excellent customer service while complying with DOT regulations.

Applicants must have a CDL Class A (Illinois residents require IL issued), be 21+, HS diploma or GED, and have local delivery

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• CDL Class A with IL issuance or eligibility; 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers on assigned route. Merchandise, displays and rotates products according to company standards.
• Uses computer to create customer invoices, collect money due, and settle all customer accounts daily.
• Provides excellent customer service and follows up to meet customer expectations.
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
