Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Route Specialist to cover routes when teammates are away, manage orders and deliveries, and stock displays on designated routes with care and accuracy. You will ensure proper rotation and maintain excellent customer service while representing our world-renowned brands.

This fast-paced role may involve training new teammates and assisting the Supervisor, with focus on safety, efficiency, and dependable performance across the territory.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean 7-year MVR.
• CDL or Class A permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established route standards and sales opportunities.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Perform duties per route discipline (bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle).
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route teammates while emphasizing safety and service.
• Address urgent customer needs to meet commitments with sales and delivery teams.
• Support supervisor with projects and duties across the territory.
