Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• CDL Class A or permit (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail management or merchandising experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established route standards and sales; ensure high level of customer service.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and cooler equipment according to company standards.
• Follow specified activities per route discipline (bulk, conventional, full service, cold bottle).
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route sales teammates and support supervisors as time permits with safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Handle urgent customer needs to meet commitments in a timely, consistent, and professional manner through collaboration with sales, delivery, and customer management teams.
• Assist supervisor with projects, tasks across the territory, and other duties as assigned.

Kenntnisse

Valid driver’s license

DOT physical ability

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

English literacy

Weekend/holiday availability

Route delivery experience (preferred)
