Job summary

DTK Facility Services is seeking an Account Manager/Route Manager to oversee janitorial services for multiple locations, ensuring client satisfaction, staff supervision, and on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

In this role, you will manage budgeting, scheduling, and resource optimization across office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces in the Dallas area, coordinating with clients to address issues promptly and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Able to work across offices, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces.
