Job summary

DTK Facility Services is a Texas-based commercial facility services company, started in 1996 in Houston. We seek an Account Manager/Route Manager to oversee janitorial services across multiple locations and ensure client satisfaction, quality, and budget adherence.

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and partner with clients to resolve issues promptly. Ideal candidates bring bilingual English/Spanish, at least 2 years in janitorial or facilities management, a valid driver's license,

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Oversee successful execution of janitorial services for multiple locations.
Ensure client satisfaction, on-time delivery, quality standards, and budget within scope.
