Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Route Lead for our Lewisville, TX location to oversee day-to-day residential recycling route operations. You will coordinate driver helpers, support staff, and managers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service, with a focus on completing routes and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, plus experience in route management within waste/recycling.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication abilities to guide on-route staff.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing residential route operations, preferably in waste/recycling.
• Proficiency with MS Office and workplace tech.
• Ability to coordinate workforce and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-route support to driver helpers and on-site staff.
• Assist with daily route operations and workforce coordination.
• Communicate with employees, managers, clients, and leadership.
• Identify and resolve route disruptions and operational issues.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of employees.
• Support administrative and payroll-related tasks.
• Promote and support safety programs and procedures.
• Maintain efficiency and quality of service on residential recycling routes.
