Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Route Lead in Lewisville, TX to support on-route operations for residential recycling routes. You will oversee driver helpers, coordinate workforce, and liaise with management to ensure safe, efficient service.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, plus experience in route management within waste or recycling. Benefits include health/dental/vision after 60 days, PPE, lunchroom access, and weekly pay with accrued time off.

Qualifications

• Route management or support experience required, preferably in waste or recycling.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Excellent communication with drivers, managers, and clients.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve route disruptions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-route support to driver helpers and support personnel.
• Assist with daily route operations and workforce coordination.
• Communicate effectively with employees, department managers, clients, and Leadpoint leadership.
• Help identify and resolve route disruptions, defects, and operational issues.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of employees.
• Support administrative and payroll-related tasks.
• Promote and support safety programs and procedures.
• Help maintain operational efficiency and quality service throughout residential recycling routes.
