Job summary

Qualifications

• Route Lead experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in the waste or recycling industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve route disruptions and safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-route support to driver helpers and support personnel.
• Assist with daily route operations and workforce coordination.
• Communicate with employees, managers, clients, and leadership.
• Identify and resolve route disruptions and operational issues.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of employees.
• Support administrative and payroll-related tasks.
• Promote safety programs and ensure quality service on residential routes.
• Maintain operational efficiency across recycling routes.
