Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a route merchandising associate to replenish and merchandise products across OKC and Midwest City accounts. You will act as a supervisor, motivate team members, and maintain displays to Coca‑Cola standards.

The role requires 3+ years general work experience and 1+ year in a leadership capacity, with physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and a valid driver’s license. Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM until routes complete, with potential incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 3+ years of general work experience.
• 1+ year in a people-leading role.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Sales/merchandising experience preferred.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Designate location, build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain product levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment.
• Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, customers, and shoppers.
• Maintain inventory levels, assets, and POS to meet merchandising standards.
• Determine stores' product needs and place orders within existing geographic routes.
• Communicate account activities to relevant teams.
• Rotate products and refresh point-of-sale advertising in designated accounts.
