Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hardworking team member for the role of Service Route Floater, Full-time. The position runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 a.m.

to 12:30 p.m., with responsibilities centered on delivering and stocking products at client locations. As a member of the AVI team, you will load and unload merchandise, ensure proper refrigeration of items, and maintain accurate inventory and cash handling at accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Load company vehicle with products for service routes.
• Drive to client locations and deliver products.
• Load/unload merchandise and stock shelves at locations.
• Maintain refrigeration of perishable items in truck and accounts.
• Oversee inventory ordering and collect unsold merchandise.
• Collect payments from vending machines and balance cash.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Service Route Floater, Full-time. This position is Monday - Friday 4am - 12:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure company vehicle is properly loaded with all product needed to service locations
• Drive vehicle to transport products and food to client locations
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck and at accounts
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts
• Manage the care of the company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to customers and AVI team members
