Job summary

Waste Management seeks a Shred-it Route Driver in Ohio to provide industry-leading service for confidential document destruction across assigned routes, ensuring secure handling of materials and compliant transport. The role includes loading/unloading and maintaining cargo security per company policy and laws.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of driving experience (box trucks preferred) and a valid driver’s license. A High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3 years of driving experience, preferably with box trucks and route management.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information.
• Manages assigned routes ensuring customers’ confidential material collected and serviced promptly.
• Loads/unloads delivery vehicle and secures cargo.
• Maintains safety and DOT compliance, including logs where applicable.
• Responds to customer problems and inquiries in a timely manner.
