Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a CA driver’s license
• Clean driving history for 3+ years
• Ability to lift and load items weighing 75+ lbs
• Comfortable driving 45+ minutes
• Full shifts 6–9 hours

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and assess removal needs
• Present clear estimates and convert appointments into jobs
• Operate company trucks after training and travel local routes
• Assist with loading furniture and other items
• Promote recycling or donation of items and reduce landfill waste
• Represent the company professionally and support local marketing
