Job summary

J Bar in Turkey, Texas, is hiring a Route Driver to service portable sanitation units and equipment at various sites. RV provided for the assignment, with on-site meals and uniforms included. A valid license, clean driving record, and the ability to work independently are essential.

You will drive to customer locations, perform cleaning, restocking, and minor repairs, and maintain route documentation. Expect long days, weekends, and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record (min 3 years).
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication with dispatch and customers.
• Experience or willingness to operate portable sanitation units and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up portable toilets, handwash stations, and related equipment at sites and events.
• Service units by emptying, flushing, cleaning, restocking and sanitizing per standards.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on units and equipment as needed.
• Maintain route documentation and provide feedback to optimize routing and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols, transportation laws and company policies.
• Occasionally assist with moving materials or other team members.
