Job summary

ForzaServices is expanding and seeks reliable Route Drivers to service portable sanitation units across assigned routes in Texas. You will deliver and pick up toilets, clean and stock units, and perform minor repairs while following safety protocols and company policies.

This is a physically active role requiring lift capacity and outdoor work in all weather. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license with a clean record, at least 21, a high school diploma, and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills with dispatch and customers.
• Experience with or willingness to learn portable sanitation units and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up portable toilets, handwash stations, and equipment to sites and events.
• Service units by emptying, cleaning, restocking, and sanitizing per standards.
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on units and equipment.
• Maintain route documentation and provide feedback to improve routing.
