Compass Group USA is seeking a Route Driver for Office Coffee on a full-time basis in Wilmington, MA. The driver will operate a company vehicle along an established route to deliver products and service vending equipment while delivering professional client relations.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless state indicates otherwise).
• Preferred 1–2 years of customer service experience, or at least 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Work independently, responsible for route, unsupervised 98% of the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and distribute products to vending machines.
• Provide excellent client and customer satisfaction in all aspects of job performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment.
• Make minor service adjustments and report defective equipment to maintenance/dispatch.
