Compass Group USA is hiring a Route Driver for a micromarket on-site position in Everett, WA. The role drives a company vehicle on an established route to deliver products and operate micro market equipment, while building strong client relationships.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work independently with minimal supervision; prior experience is not required, and the schedule is 6:30 am–2:30 pm. Union benefits are offered along with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ customer service or 1 year related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (state dependent).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment.
• Able to work independently, handle route with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in all aspects of job performance.
• Display understanding of company policies and administer as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and equipment.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion materials for customers.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, and cash handling.
