Compass Group USA is hiring a Route Driver - Micromarket in Evans, CO for a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 3:00 am–1:30 pm). This role drives a company vehicle on a set route to deliver products and maintain micro markets, while building strong client relationships and ensuring product availability.

This position offers training, uniforms, and group meals with eligibility for internal referral bonuses. A valid Non-CDL Class C license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required, with potential for

Qualifications

• Three years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in merchandising, inventory, and route management preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and other related equipment.
• Conducts minor service and adjustments on markets and reports defective equipment as needed.
• Prior to each day’s route, ensure truck is loaded with all products for scheduled markets.
• Inform regular clients of new products or services and resolve complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or materials.
• Account for all receipts, invoices, and product.
