Job summary

Compass Group USA, through its Canteen brand, is hiring a Route Driver for a full-time Micromarket route in Omaha, NE. The role involves delivering products on an established route, stocking micro markets, and maintaining equipment while presenting a professional image to clients.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of driving experience and a valid Non-CDL Class C license, with strong customer service skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Preferred 1–2 years in customer service or 1 year related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and manage route unsupervised most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle on established route to deliver products.
• Maintain proper inventory and distribution for micro market.
• Provide excellent client and customer service.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
• Report defects and coordinate with maintenance.
