Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for a full-time Route Driver - Micromarket at 5433 Eagle Industrial Court, Hazelwood, MO 63042. The Route Driver delivers products on a defined route, stocks micro markets, and maintains equipment while presenting a professional image to clients and customers.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience, plus the ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on an established route.
• Stock micro markets and maintain equipment.
• Ensure vehicle is loaded per route requirements.
• Provide excellent client and customer satisfaction.
