K&M Tire in Indiana is seeking a Route Truck Driver to provide dependable, safe, professional service on a daily route. You will deliver tires and related products, maintain communication with management, and ensure accuracy and safety in every delivery.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, a valid license, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with early hours. We offer incentives, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Two years’ work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service on route.
• Use ELog Pre-trip interface for daily pre-route inspections.
• Transport and deliver items to customers on assigned route.
• Unload truck efficiently and safely.
• Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor.
• Ensure loads are secure and locked until destination.
• Obey traffic laws and company policies.
• Capture COD payments and obtain delivery signatures.
• Maintain complete ELog compliance daily.
• Follow assigned route travel paths for efficiency.
• Work safely and professionally at all times.
• Assist with warehouse duties if needed.
• Support company goals and values.
