K&M Tire is seeking a Route Driver to deliver tires and provide dependable, professional service to customers on an assigned route. The role emphasizes safe driving, timely deliveries, and clear communication with supervisors as part of a customer-focused team.

The position requires willingness to perform warehouse duties if needed, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized vehicle and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Two years of work experience.
• Ability to learn tire knowledge and apply brand/size accuracy.
• Good communication and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and handle questions and complaints professionally.
• Utilize ELog Pre-trip interface to conduct daily pre-route vehicle inspections.
• Transport and deliver items on assigned route safely and on time.
• Unload truck efficiently, accurately and in an organized manner.
• Maintain ongoing communication with supervisor on issues or concerns.
• Ensure all loads are secure and locked until destination.
