Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Route Driver to represent the company while delivering and picking up freight. You must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a manual transmission.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers.
• Inspect and report any mechanical problems with the vehicle.
• Load the truck in an organized manner to maximize space and prevent damage to packages.
• Collect payments for certain packages delivered.
• Verify the content of pickups on shipping papers.
• Notify management of any problems or discrepancies.
• Maintain professional appearance and vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
