Job summary

K&M Tire in South Dakota is seeking a Route Driver who will work under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager or Team Leader to provide dependable, safe, professional and friendly service to customers on the assigned route.

Responsibilities include daily pre-route inspections using the ELog interface, delivering tires on time, unloading truck safely, securing loads, maintaining communication with supervision, collecting COD payments with signature, and complying with all traffic laws and

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Ability to learn tire knowledge and exercise brand/size accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Utilize ELog Pre-trip interface for daily vehicle inspections.
• Transport and deliver items on route safely and on time.
• Unload truck efficiently and keep it organized.
• Keep supervisor informed of issues and ensure loads are secure after delivery.
• Follow traffic laws and company driving policies, collect COD payments with signature.
• Maintain daily ELog compliance and route adherence.
• Support management decisions and assist with warehouse duties as needed.
