Job summary

Wisconsin Distributors is hiring a Route Driver Helper in the Janesville area. You will assist Route Drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of beverages to customer accounts, unload and stock products, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

A CDL is not required to start, and CDL training is provided to help you progress. The position offers a Mon-Fri schedule with early start times and home every night, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must obtain a CDL permit within two weeks of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 165 pounds.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Comfortable using mobile technology (iPads).

Responsibilities

• Assist Route Drivers with safe and efficient delivery of beverage products to customer accounts.
• Safely unload, move, and merchandise products throughout the day.
• Stock, rotate, and organize products at customer locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Work closely with Route Drivers to complete deliveries on schedule.

Wisconsin Distributors is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our delivery team as a Route Driver Helper in the Janesville area!

You'll work alongside experienced Route Drivers to deliver beverage products to our valued customers while gaining hands‑on experience in the beverage distribution industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Assist Route Drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of beverage products to customer accounts.

• Stock, rotate, and organize products at customer locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while building positive relationships with customers.
• Work closely with Route Drivers to ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Utilize mobile technology, including iPads, to support delivery and account activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
