Job summary

Wisconsin Distributors is seeking motivated CDL Route Delivery Drivers to join our team in Wisconsin. You will safely deliver beverages to customer accounts along assigned routes while delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.

Starting salary is $63,000 annually with potential commissions and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Ability to lift, move, and maneuver products weighing up to 165 lbs.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Previous route delivery or beverage distribution experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver beer and beverage products to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, and other customer accounts.
• Load, unload, and merchandise products at delivery locations.
• Verify invoices and collect required signatures.
• Provide professional customer service during every delivery.
• Effectively communicate with the Sales team and Merchandisers.
• Additional duties as assigned.
