Job summary

Ozark Compost & Swap is seeking a reliable driver to run residential and commercial food waste pickups across Northwest Arkansas. This is an active, physical role with starts at $17/hour and a three-day weekend each week.

You will lift buckets, load and unload the van, keep the vehicle clean, and provide friendly customer service while learning routing software. Safe driving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently run residential and commercial pickup routes.
• Load, unload, and prep the van for each route.
• Maintain the van cleanliness and supplies, and follow notes for pickups.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist with dumping, washing, and organizing food waste buckets when time allows.
