Job summary

First Choice Coffee Services is seeking a Route Driver to deliver pre-ordered products along an assigned route, loading orders at the warehouse and driving company vans 30 to 100 miles daily.

You will build relationships at customer sites, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate delivery while maintaining professionalism.

Benefits include starting pay $19–$23 per hour, monthly bonus, 401(k) with match, health & vision coverage, paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and prior driving experience.
• Ability to lift and carry coffee and bottled water weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with loading orders and delivering to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Load orders at warehouse for delivery to customers.
• Drive company vans/trucks 30–100 miles daily to customers.
• Deliver orders to customer sites and place products in designated areas.
• Build rapport with contacts and decision-makers at customer sites.
• Respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Reconcile remaining products on the vehicle at end of day.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with customers.
