Johnson Brothers is seeking a Route Driver with a CDL A to service Indianapolis, IN area. You will safely deliver beverages to retail locations, load/unload products, and maintain accurate delivery records while providing excellent customer service.

The role features a 4-day work week with an hourly pay rate of $35.00 plus incentive opportunities. Full-time benefits include 401(k), health/dental insurance, EAP, and more.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL license.
• Previous delivery driving experience.
• Good driving record and safe driving history.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong knowledge of the local delivery area.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

This role requires operating a Class A commercial vehicle, or other company vehicle, in compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, as well as company safety standards. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading beverage products, inspecting vehicles before and after routes, verifying delivery invoices and documentation, and ensuring products are delivered in excellent condition. The ideal candidate possesses a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
