Job summary

Johnson Brothers in Indianapolis, Indiana is hiring Drivers responsible for moving wine, spirits, and beer to local commercial and retail customers. This position offers a competitive pay of $25.00/hour and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL B with airbrakes or Valid Driver License.
• Heavy repetitive lifting involved, must lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly.
• Previous Delivery Driving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading truck.
• Timely route delivery with numerous stops.
• Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler.
• Handling customer payments.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $25.00/hour
• Strong Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, 401k/401k Match, Parental Leave, PTO, Paid Holidays, and short & long-term disability.
• Schedule: Tuesday to Friday - 4 DAY WORK WEEK
• First Shift: early AM start / start times vary by route

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid CDL B with airbrakes or Valid Driver License
• Previous Delivery Driving experience, but not required
• A good driving record
• Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly
• Good math skills
• Good knowledge of the Indianapolis, IN and surrounding area
• Detail oriented
• Self motivated, work independently and self managed to meet deadlines
• High School diploma or GED
