Job summary

Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor in Iowa, is hiring a Beverage Delivery Driver out of Johnston for a 4-day work week (Tue–Fri). CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement is required, along with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of the surrounding area.

You will load/unload, deliver to stores, handle payments, and maintain accurate paperwork. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, timely deliveries, and physical capability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Previous Delivery Driving experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Good driving record and knowledge of the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload truck.
• Timely route delivery with multiple stops.
• Deliver product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means.
• Handle customer payments.
• Ensure paperwork is correctly completed and collected.

Job Description:

Johnson Brothers opened in Iowa in 1985 when the State privatized wine wholesale and retail sales. Starting with a staff of 15 working in the Des Moines Golden Circle, Johnson Brothers has grown steadily, acquiring 13 companies, expanding and relocating operations three times and currently employs more than 200 team members.

Our Beverage Delivery Driver is responsible for making direct store deliveries to customers only within the State of Iowa based out of our Johnston, IA warehouse. This position is full- time, 4 day work week (Tues - Fri).

Must be licensed CDL Class A or B Driver.

Pay:

• $24.00/hour for CDL B
• $26.00/hour for CDL A

Job Details:

• Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (4 DAY WORK WEEK)
• First Shift : Dispatch around 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM
